The Cook County Historical Society is excited to announce our summer hours for the Cook County Historical Society History Museum, which begin on Friday, May 23. To celebrate, we will be hosting an open house and a new staff meet & greet on May 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

We have a variety of exhibits exploring local history, including the Civilian Conservation Corps era, maritime heritage, early homesteading in the North Shore, wartime experiences, and much more.
