Facility Rental Amenities

The Johnson Heritage Post is open to the public and any rental during normal business hours will not provide the renter exclusive access to any portion of the facility, nor will sales or solicitations be permitted during normal business hours. Events held outside of normal business hours will provide private, exclusive use of the facility. At the discretion of the JHP, if a staff person’s presence is required at the event, renter will also be charged a rate of $25 per hour for this person whose only responsibility is to safeguard the building and its contents. Rental services are for facility only. JHP does NOT provide event staff. Please be sure to include ample set-up and take-down time in your rental duration.

FEES:

The rental fees will be determined by the type of rental. This guide does not guarantee final price. A final quote will be provided to you after submission of your application.

Small One Room Event: JHP OPEN – non-exclusive access. Rental of the Anna Johnson gallery room for a private meeting or event. 25 guests or less. 2 hours or less, including set up and break down time.

One Room Event: JHP OPEN – non-exclusive access. 50 guests or less. 4 hours or less, including set up and break down time. Rental of the Anna Johnson gallery room for a private meeting or event

Whole Facility Private Rental: JHP CLOSED – exclusive access. 125 standing guests or less, 90 seated guest or less. 4 hours or less, including set up and break down time. Additional cost for time past 4 hours.

  • Kitchen Features Including: Refrigerator, Microwave & Dishwasher

  • Projector Screen and LCD Projector

  • WHite folding event chairs (90)

  • 10 folding tables with Tablecloths (each Seats 8)

  • Sound System with Microphones

  • Coffee Pots & Water Pitchers
