Patience “Pat” Andersen Faulkner, daughter of Eleanor Waha, will present a Small Talk at the Cook County Historical Society Museum on Saturday, January 29th at 2:00 p.m.
Pat has worked extensively to help the people affected by the Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska, where she lives. Recently she visited the Gulf of Mexico to aid communities in their understanding of the financial and social impacts of the BP oil spill on their lives. Join us as Pat shares her experiences and inform us on the work she is doing to ensure citizen input in the creation of new rules and regulations.
Event and museum admission is FREE.
